Got out with RobW this am and we hit two spots. The first was a total dud, only clad.
The second was a house that Rob had secured permission at. Right out of the car Rob hits a wheat, alright game on. Wheat's were coming fast and furious but alas no silver :girlcry:.
About half way thru the hunt I managed to get a toasted copper, no idea what it could be. Rob thinks he saw a bust facing left :dontknow:. It is real thin also. Rob and I take a break to compare goodies and I asked him to check to make sure all my "wheat's" were wheat's. As he's looking thru them he says I have an IH, well that's cool been awhile since I got one of them. Then he says Hey, you got 2 IH's, don't you know what you're digging????
Also got a neat tag which says Return to the Blandford Fox Club, with the #62 on it. The last item was a 1938 dog license from the town of Blandford. Can anybody guess where we were??
Ended the day with another 9 wheat's earliest being 1925, 2 IH's. 1887 & 1889, the toasted copper and two neat tags.
Thanks for reading and HH everyone
