I really am going to have to start following you around. "Not in the best of shape"! I think it's in great shape for a copper coin that's been hanging out in the ground for 200 years. Nice find.

Seeing a lot of half-cents here lately. Yours is in a lot better shape than the 1804 I found last weekend.
