In addition to a handful of clad, I found some nice surprises today.

Not long after starting my hunt, I came across a seven token spill. My previous token spill was six Chuckie Cheese tokens. These All Service Tokens represent an HVAC company out of NJ. A little while later I came across this silver pendent. The .925 is obvious but not sure what the rest of the maker marks indicate. It weighs in at 3 grams and there is marking of "3" something as shown.

The wet cold front from out west came through today and while I was standing under some trees waiting for a little shower to pass I decided to poke around the base of a large Maple. As Gomer Pyle would say "Surprise, Surprise, Surprise." About four inch deep I got me some more silver. At first I thought I knicked it, but upon closer inspection it is old damage. None the less the Liberty is a for sure keeper.

And to round things out I picked up the Buttons Arcade Token.

Not quite as dramatic as hornets, but Mother Nature guides another detectorist to a nice find.

Weird I tried the same thing today by an old tree but my Half Dollar signal turned out to be a large aluminum Token. Great find and stayed dry to boot. Congrats on the large silver. WD

Nothing like big silver in the ground. Nice going.

Congrats on the Walker. The randomness of the find, and other similar stories of randomness posted on the forum should remind us all that a site is never completely hunted out. There's always another object, at another random location on your hunt site, just waiting to see the sun again.
