Had an hour to kill before work so on a hunch I stopped by an old golf course on the edge of an old Hartford park and hunted on a side hill. Didn't find anything spectacular but did find 5 wheats (oldest 1918), a buck in clad and a golf range token. Still got a lot of area to cover ( attention MangoaveJim !! ). Wheats were from 2 to 6" deep in area that looks undisturbed. Heading back real soon.

I'm a believer in where there are wheats, there's silver.
Good Luck!
