anyone know what these large brass items are

they look like they go together like this , i'm wondering if they are some type of axle race for an old wagon or more modern. I have found similar pieces of ones but smaller at other sites.

I found two coppers(and 1834 large cent and King George II copper) both were pretty rough.almost 30 buttons total and some other trinkets .
between Dave (HEAVYMETALNUT) and I we recovered 5 artillery buttons ( yes Dave the small convex is an eagle with an A on its chest type ) from two small stone walled pens . the 4 i found all are different types and the most i've ever recovered in one hunt .cleaning them has been challenging and unfortunately i only have pictures of one that is done for me . this one i'm showing has been a type I've wanted to find for quite some time now , its one of the more rarer convex type 1st Regimental Light Artillery button with the "wedge shank" and since these were used from 1808 to 1821 it classifies as a War of 1812 button . Its stamped kind of lightly but has a boarder with15-six pointed stars and intertwined foliated script LA letters with the number 1 in oval below. i took a few shots of it in different lighting and angles so you can see it. unfortunately I could not find this type of button on the internet to show and compare it to .

hopefully the other buttons will clean up as well as this one and Ill show them when i get them done .
Dave and Todd , thanks again for the invite this button alone made it worth the long drive , grueling hikes and fighting off the biting insects.
