found this recently in Ft Worth just got it cleaned enough to read.back is blank.its about quarter sized.

Very nice find. From the Post Office Saloon in San Francisco but don't have much more info. Website for posting all sorts of saloon token images located here: http://www.saloontokens.info/page1.php. Page where you can post your token image follows (if you wish...just scroll down to San Francisco). You may want to do a little more research to make sure: http://www.saloontokens.info/page66.php.

pretty sure its from Ft Worth theres one on richards token database attributed to Ft Worth but is good for 5 cents in trade.

Beautiful token. It would probably take a lifetime to collect all the different tokens that are out there. I'd take a nice token over a worn out silver any day!

i have been fortunate enough to find several saloon tokens over the years my best one ever last year.cattle exchange token that was really cool considering it was found in "cowtown".i am like you coinnut i would rather find tokens and relics over silver any day,thanks for the replies.

That's a wonderful token! I agree with coinnut, I would rather find a unique token like that than a common silver coin any day. So much history to be learned from them.
