Got out this morning with my friend Kevin and started hunting a middle school . Well with in 15 minutes 3 games started so we left http://tnet.forumfoundry.com/forums/images/smilies/BangHead.gif . We moved onto a elementary school that has given up a lot of gold and silver jewelery over the years . It didn't disappoint http://tnet.forumfoundry.com/forums/images/smilies/headbang.gif . After only 10 minutes Kevin had a silver ring and a silver plated ring http://tnet.forumfoundry.com/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif. I worked the far right side of the field and it payed off ! I found three wheat cents right away ! They are 1950S , 56D & 58D . Then a good half hour later I had a +6 at 4 inches , BAM GOLD http://tnet.forumfoundry.com/forums/images/smilies/hello2.gif! It is a 14K gold ring with a .999 fine 24K gold Panda coin on it !!!! The one thing is I broke off the coin when I cleaned it http://tnet.forumfoundry.com/forums/images/smilies/BangHead.gif . Not sure if this counts as my first gold coin ever but gold is gold ! The date on the coin is 1984 . Then Kevin found a nice 14K gold ring with the letter J on it http://tnet.forumfoundry.com/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif. After all that I found two more rings . One gave my heart a jump when I saw it but it's just plated . The other one is a tiny wire type ring with a blue stone . They bring my totals to #78 for the year http://tnet.forumfoundry.com/forums/images/smilies/icon_thumright.gif . The bracelet I found last night and it's just plated silver . The pendent is only aluminum . Total clad was $6.57 .
