2014 First Outing - Coins & Bottles

I was out of town all of last week and when I returned and was driving through town I ran across a street project that I did not think was supposed to start until summer. This was motivation to throw my gear in the car. So out I went Saturday morning for a few hours. I found three wheat cents and three IH's. Then headed to some house demo sites to look for bottles and found some nice ones.

some nice bottles Darren , love the Johann Hoff beer bottle . I believe its around 1880's if it has the applied lip:thumbsup02:

Looks like you found yourself a dandy of a spot. Love the bottles and you have a nice buckle hidden in your photo. There doesn't happen to be an S on the back of that 08 Indian?

Nice finds. Idk how many Ball Mason and Phillips bottles I found as well as coke and coke half quart. But none of the bottles you got.

I love old bottles. Haven't dug them in a long time. You got some great looking ones too. None pontiled, I'm assuming but made just after??

Great finds especially the bottles. The last few hunts I have had i finally found full bottles. The oldest I 've been able to date is pre 1888. Didn't find a single full bottle all last year, so I guess this is going to be the year of the bottle. Safe & HH

very nice bottles I've only ever found a few. They are something cool to collect. congrats on the score
