From the land of the Bluenose....up at 0505hrs, out the door at 0805hrs and into the golden arch by 0810hrs for coffee. No mercy on the knee was the plan for the day. Yesterday was spent at the physio terrorists. Man did she bend me out of shape!
Hit a few beaches with minimum luck and then headed to the ":beerbuddy:utton Hole which netted ND a few buttons and a nifty diver's 5 pound weight!

He may have found 5 pounds but I had the balls....golf ones that is.

Sure was great to be a swinging. Only a few cuss words prompted by the knee erupted on the outing.Saying Hail Maries and icing down. <;)
