That SLQ is in pretty good shape considering it has no date. The one I got last month had a readable date but was more worn everywhere else. Go figure.
very nice JT , congrats on the Standing Liberty quarter :perfect10:

SLQ are just like the buff nickels they had raised dates which wore off real quick.

Date or no date, I'll take a Standing Liberty any day lol You did a lot of digging too :shocked04: I wonder how may holes everyone has dug their entire detecting career? Silver and an old wheat is a good hunt JT. :clapping:

:congrats: on the SLQ. They are tough to find in this area but you seem have pretty good luck with them.

The SLQ design unfortunately puts the date on a raised portion of the quarter and wears out very quickly in circulation.
In any case, nice hunt JT and I'm glad to see you finding some good stuff.
Continued good luck.

Beautiful SLQ, Terry! |:cheering:
They aren't easy to find. That one isn't even worn that much other than the date. It must be an early one 1917-1924.
:congrats:
