Me and Dave decided to meet halfway between our respective hometowns for a day of detecting. We tried hunting at several different parks and schools. It was a warm, sunny day with a high temp of 82.
I had my best luck at a school in the first town we hunted at. There I found 2 Barber Dimes, an Indian Head and a few wheat cents. That school may warrant a return visit or two. I was very happy to get 2 Barber Dimes as they have been difficult for me to find so far this year for some reason.
As always, it was a lot of fun hunting with Dave. We always have a lot of laughs, and even manage to find an old coin or two. Dave even bought my lunch today! What a guy!
Here are my finds for today:

As always Tony, it is such pleasure to MD with you. I just have one question though. Why did you need to stop at a coin shop on the way to that park?? Hmmmmmmm.... :bananadance:

Tony, I wish I had difficulties like you finding Barber dimes! lol You probably have more this year than I have in the past 5. Congrats on some great digs as always. I'd be on my way back to that school right now if I were you!
