:omg: Great Button! I wouldn't even of known it was a Military Button. Dan Just curious, what book do you use to look up all these buttons ?? Is it that big Button book on Military and Cilvilian buttons? I forget the name ? That's what I want to know. It looks like a Waterbury Button Co. also which is still in business. I have a Benedict& Burnham Co. that dates back to the 1800's . That was the second name of a long list of names before it became The Waterbury Button Co. . It's that star button in MY FINDS ALBUM. Either way GREAT Button, Very Ornate, Love it. :congrats:

the book doesn't list it as a officer's or regular coat button Dave , but it does reference Gary's button as more rare of a button than yours .
