Persoanally I prefer the Gordon's but they're not on your list.
Reputed to have the best memories also

Dan recently mentioned that his favorite is the Vibra-Probe 580, and it isn't on the list either.

Myself, I've never used a handheld pinpointer, I've always used a Sun Ray inline target probe.

You need to Add the Vibra-Probe and the Sunray Inline probe to get a real answer...

Q: What is your favorite soup? A: I've only ever had chicken noodle. I haven't died yet!

Someday you will get a chance to use a Garrett pro pointer. It's like steak soup. :perfect10:

I have a Garrett Pro Pointer. I bought it not by careful comparison shopping but because I saw it was on sale and I wanted a pointer. It seems to work great for what I need.

I love my long-discontinued TinyTec. It has an internal mercury switch, so when you point it up it turns off automatically, and when you point it down it comes back on again (and it has a switch to override, so you can scan ceilings or whatever).

I tried the Garrett but found it was not that good. I returned it twice and got a replacement each time. I eventually invested in the Minelab pointer. Sure it was a little more expensive, but I have found it awesome to use; it has saved me a lot of time and trouble while digging. :perfect10:
