Was up with the sun Saturday to meet up with SilverStar aka Mike to see what we could find. Driving down the highway it starts snowing, yes snow on April 13th...
Got to the park and started to swing, about 10 minutes later a huge squall of grapple snow(that pebbly snow stuff) hits with 20mph winds. I decided to take a break in the car with heat while Mike continues on swinging. Five minutes later
Mike comes over to my car with a huge smile on his face and Big Silver.(don't want to ruin it for him incase he posts what it is).Mike had to leave around 10am and I went to check out some sites by myself. I found a junk ring at some random
school that had hurdles set up, inside was marked china...
Met up with Mike again at a second school, got two wheats and we both moved on
to another park. Park three was unremarkable and we were both tired so we went home. On my way home I found my car driving itself to my favorite tot lot as it was on the route home again(I almost did not go).Right away I was finding freshly dropped clad, some junk jewelry so I new it hadn't been cleaned in a few days because it had rained everyday for the last seven days plus this mornings snow.
I was swinging at the bottom of one of the slides got a low signal 39-40 on
the AtPro and swatted my foot at the wood chips, and found a 4.5g 14k bracelet, my first gold of 2013.(This is the same tot lot I found my Cartier plat ring last year).
Today I only had an 1.5 hours to swing after visiting my parents so I went to a tot lot on the way home.I had to walk across a huge field and on the way hit a 1956d rosie. At the tot lot there were holes everywhere, I did my best to fix as many as possible. In front of the swingset I got a wronky shallow signal bouncing hard to describe wouldnt lock on any numbers at all.Completely covered but only one inch under the chips was a 48 gram .925 silver necklace with a broken clasp. Thanks for looking.HH.Bottom coin is East Carribean States, 1992, Elizabeth the second.
