View Full Version : Another Keeper from Bullet Park.
Went back to the park today where I found the Barber quarter this weekend. This is a public park. I go here when I have no other place to hunt at the time. I wish I could find out what this area was before it was a park. I have dug close to 2 dozen bullets from this area. Everything from 22 to 30 cal. Thus the name, bullet park. The park always seems to give up one keeper every time I go there. It has been hunted and hunted. It gave me my first 1800's coin this last weekend with a 1899 Barber quarter. Today, an 1899 IH. Also a 1944 wheat. Odd target was the piece of wood. Got a silver signal. dug the hole and out pops this piece of wood. The pointer said the signal was coming from the piece of wood. So I took the digger and busted it open. Ha, a bullet stuck in it. Anyway, not much. Just happy to find another 1800's coin.[attachimg=1][attachimg=2][attachimg=3][attachimg=4][attachimg=5][attachimg=6]
