Might have found a replacement that could work for the radio shack model #33-283 as many are looking for options.

I have a pair of the Radio Shack ones laying around here somewhere that I haven't used in quite awhile. :dontknow: lol

They aren't cheep :shocked01: And I don't know how well they're suited for outdoor use :dontknow: But the RS ones are probably about the same as far as that gos. :dontknow:
But they might be worth a shot. Wireless IS nice! |:cheering:

About a year ago I wanted to do the same thing and found the TDK WF300 unit.
it was a bit speedy but since I really wanted to ditch the headphone cord I bought them.
i mounted the transceiver on the outside of the forearm rest with Velcro, purchased a plug conversion cord from Radio Shack, wrapping it around the detector shaft /handle in front of the arm rest.
the resulting setup has worked great, both physically and sound performance wise.
i believe you can purchase the unit on Amazon these days for around $125 if you are so inclined.
Keep swinging low and slow,
