High today was only 29 so my buddy Earl and I took off south for some freestyling. My first good hit was a screaming 12-43, 12-45 at 8 inches. I flipped the plug and after a couple more inches I saw the glimmer. <: My first silver for 2013! A 1906 Barber dime. Then about two hours later I decided to warm my feet up in the car and about 10 feet from the car I hit a squelching 12-45 at 5 inches. I flipped the plug and there he was! A 1957-D Rosie! :bananadance: After warming my tootsies for 15 minutes I ventured back out and the next two hours was just clad so I decided to head back towards the car again and warm up. As I passed the spot where I got the Rosie I decided to work that area from all angles and see what I could get. I got a screaming 12-46 at 9 inches and started to dig. I knew I had a silver quarter. happydance02 But at 10 inches I saw the big rusty nail. :shocked04:verreaction: Then about one minute later I get a solid 12-45 at 6 inches. A 1960-D Rosie! happydance02 I was frozen and sore and my elbow was burning so I decided to call it a day. :white:usaflag:: Also got 20 clad coins for a total of $1.83. Please see the pics! Happy hunting to all. :beerbuddy:
