Vacation Day #3

Ill Digger

Took another vacation day yesterday. Ted and I met up with FireFighter43 for a little park hopping. The day started out pretty slow. The first park was a total bust.
It looked great! But... Between three of us we only found 3 coins! 8/ 2 zinc-ers and I got a new nickle. So we moved to another park and it wasn't a whole lot better. But we each did manage to get a old coin or two. I also found a CSA button! |:cheering: I'm pretty sure it's a reproduction button (Dan help me out here).
Here's my take from there.

The button has a Waterbury Conn. backmark. It even has some thread still attached to it. :eyebrow:

As always it was nice hooking up with Jeff for a hunt! thumbsup01
Thanks for lookin' & HH everyone! :groovy:

Tim, glad to see you got out with Jeff again. Some nice finds. It's been about 2 weeks since I was able to get out so I have been living vicariously thru this forum. Thanks for posting and :congrats: on your keepers.

It is always a pleasure hunting with you Tim, it was a brisk one :frozen: . We sure know how to pick a day. Congrats again on the silver and Hopefully we can get out again before the ground freezes.
