detecting a haunted house yard

Got perrmission to hunt my wifes childhood home , talk the the new owners and turns out they think the house is haunted , doors open and close , voices , theie daughter saw a shadow figure in the hall, their dog wont go up stairs any more ooooooooooo should be exciting .......................
