Got some dirty foreign coins from a small coin shop, put them in olive oil for 2 days and then used a wooden toothpick to get some of the corrosion off, and then soaked them back in olive oil for half a day.
What the heck are they:huh: Any Roman or Greek coin experts on here:huh:

Can you lighten the first pic and re-size the second one. What editing if any, did you use ? If you use paint, change it to Pixels and re-size each to about 500 max. Don't forget to save it and remember where you save it to. That might help to see the pics better. I have a Kodak and it comes with it's own editing software. Does your camera ? Maybe you can edit it right on the camera itself first then re-post. It does have that Roman look to it though.

The top coin looks like a Roman sestarsius the bottom looks Roman
but could of been used as a chain accessory ...

Both coins are roman, the first is a 4thc commerative issue, the second coin looks very much like a coin of constans. :waving:
