Went freestyling with Marinedad Saturday. Hit an old ball diamond and I worked the third base line and he worked the first base line. I hit a 12-14 on my E-trac and normally that is a pop tab but this sounded different so I decided to dig. At eight inches I saw the glimmer of silver! happydance02 A 1945-P War nickel. Silver #65. A few minutes later I got a screaming 12-47 and at 10 inches was a glimmering 1957 Washington quarter! :peace: Silver #66 for 2012. I also got three Wheaties, 1944, 1954-S and a 1948-S, plus 49 clad coins which totaled up to $2.46. What a great hobby. Happy hunting to all! :beerbuddy:
