Swining near the swings

Swinging near the swings... Is what I did this morning...

A two hours schoolyard hunt again. Did go around the swings and I swang a lot & dug often... Pick up few coins, couple of keys... Suddenly, my hearth almost stop because I hit something gold and verry shinny... :shocked04:stretcher: Found a small golden cross, but it was only junk jewelry... :(

Well, the total of cash is less impressive, but I dug 26 times for coins on this hunt. Mostly pennies. The oldest was a 1963 (young portrait of Queen Elizabeth II- almost the equivalent of a wheat cent) 96 cents going in the piggy bank for my next detector... happydance02

...Keeping the tradition, I found at least one US coin. A Lincoln 1973... Sherbrooke is only at 35 miles from the border of U.S.A. ::usaflag::

All that clad will add up. In my first year and a half I had managed to dig and save over $700 in clad. That more that paid for my first detector, plus accessories.

dont worry so much about finding clad in the end you will be happy as the good stuff will not be far behind dennis
