A new spot nets me silver #40!

Got out to a new spot in New Haven today and did OK for and hour hunt. I got one wheat penny (1944) and and really nice Merc dime (1945). Sweet And it made it my 40th silver so far this year. Yay!!! :happy: A little happy dance is in order! Thanks for looking and happy hunting out there! :groovy:

Thanks! Well, I started detecting in May of 2011 and it took me a long time to hit my first silver. I didn't find one until November and I ended the year with seven. My goal for this year is 50, but I may do a little better.
