|:cheering: Way to go! I love the intricate designs...

When I took my silver crucifix in to the antique jewelry store he said it's only worth silver melt value with a smirk (prob $15) I reacted the same way-thanks, see ya!
Some people just don't seem to understand the 'treasure' aspect of some finds, that they are so special to simply be unearthed. They'd prob be there in the ground FOREVER if we hadn't discovered them!

Glad to here that the bracelet is silver and doubly glad that you walked away from the it's only worth a dollar. :congrats:

Nice bracelet! It's very nice. If I find nice jewelry, I offer it to my wife. She's already had a gold band I found last year mated to one of her other gold rings.

Sweet! Did you find the makers mark:huh:thinkingabout:
Hi! I looked all over the thing. And could not find any kind of marking from a maker.

Nice find! A dollar seems like an extremely low ball offer even for scrap. If it's sterling, it's 92.5 percent silver. And considering that a silver quarter, which is only 90 percent silver, is worth about 5 dollars scrap value, its got to have more silver then a quarter. He was trying to rip you off, without weighing it, it's hard to tell. But I'd say it's probably worth about 10 dollars scrap and more as a bracelet.

Yea!, I was kind of surprised when he said that. Always someone trying to scam you anymore. I weighed a Quarter. It weighs in at 6 grams. The Braclet went 9 grams. A dollar huh? Okay! 8/
